Our payment procedures:

As a new website content writing service in India, Whoareyou requires a full upfront deposit for each order. This includes both new and returning clients who are working on initial projects or on a retainer basis. However, for bulk article writing service orders, we receive full payment for the project up front. Work will not begin until payment is received.

A client’s refund request must come after a revision request. You will not always get 100% correct content the first time. As a result, it is our policy that you give us a free revision before requesting a refund.

WHOAREYOU has established a clear refund policy. Because we value customer satisfaction and service, we carefully consider each refund request and work hard to meet the needs of our customers.

In the following policy, “We,” “Our,” and “Us” refer to Whoareyou, and “You” and “Your” refer to clients served by the company. The conditions under which You may return content you have purchased from Us are specified in this policy.

Refund Conditions:

A refund request cannot be made more than 14 days after the delivery date. You must also specify the specific reason for your request. Please keep in mind that You can only request a refund for content that you have yet to publish, not content that is already on Your website.

Refund Methods:

You must request a full or partial refund through Our refund section. We will process the transaction for You as soon as You place Your request.

Your funds will be deposited into the same account from which you made the initial payment. Depending on Your banking facility and country-specific requirements, this transaction could take a few days to a week.

How does Our refund policy work?

We have a simple policy that is based on concerns about quality. We will be happy to refund all or part of your payment if you discover that the content we send does not live up to your expectations.

If You decide to cancel the project before We deliver any content, You will not be eligible for a refund. Instead, it falls under cancellation, and You may cancel a project within 24 hours of placing Your order.

Please keep in mind that you cannot cancel a project once our writers have begun working on it.
